You can't change the beginning,
but you can start from where you are.
Offering online counselling and psychotherapy in one-to-one counselling and group therapy
The thing I love most about my therapy work is enabling people to transition from past experiences and relationships, to uncover their authentic self, so that they can experience a happier now.
My personal experience of counselling was mixed, but the good counselling allowed me to uncover who I really was beneath all the stuff others had put on me, and that was life changing.
To have had counselling has been life changing.
To be able to offer that to other people is an absolute privilege.
How I work:
I offer 1:1 and group therapy exclusively online
My training is in humanistic integrative counselling, which means I offer you a counselling relationship which is unique to you
I offer a confidential space and work within the ethical framework of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy
You can continue your therapy for as long as you find it useful. I offer long term therapy but if you feel happier having one or just a few sessions, that’s okay too
