COUNSELLING for individuals and group therapy
I work with adults, children and young people on a one to one basis, and with adults on a one to one or group basis.
Thankfully, the taboo around therapy is shifting and we can finally begin to talk about it. People from all over the world and from all backgrounds and experiences work with counsellors and psychotherapists and to find healing and well-being.
In therapy we meet with a therapist to resolve the issues in us that we feel are troubling or preventing us from living the life we feel we want; such as our beliefs, feelings and emotions, our relationships, and the anxiety and confusion that these can bring us.
Having therapy can allow us to resolve inner conflicts and understand our relationship with others. Therapy can be a big step towards becoming the best version of ourselves and being able to live our best lives.
Therapy is a place of safety and confidentiality and focuses on the issues you want to talk about, and as a therapist, I will support you and listen.
Individual sessions are £50 per one hour session, payable in advance of each session.
Therapy focuses on the therapeutic process alongside the issues brought by you to each session and, whether therapy is offered on an individual basis or in a group setting, your relationship with the therapist is a confidential one.
I run group therapy sessions for grief and for parenting issues and members are limited to 6. The groups are online and I am setting up new groups to run from September 2020.
The groups will be ongoing so, although you are asked to commit to attending each week, you can do so for as long as you are finding the group therapy helpful to you.
If you would be interested in joining one of my therapy groups, please do get in touch.
Group therapy sessions are £30 per person for each 90 minute session, payable in advance of each session. There is a £60 deposit taken to secure your place in the group and which is held until your final two sessions.
